-Smutty/Sexy Stuff: Ask me first. Nudity is a thing in Kill la Kill, but that goes along with the plot. Depending on the situation, the muse may balk at the notion as well.
-Fighting: Yes and no. It's complicated. See Below.
Clothing, Nudity, and Fighting Potential With the right outfit, anyone and everyone can gain exponential skill that they otherwise wouldn't be able to have-- this ranges from sheer, raw power to literally using music as a weapon. In Inumuta's case, his uniform gives him the ability to rapidly anyalyze data as it comes on the fly and cloak himself in an optical camoflage field that renders him invisible or allows him to create copies fo himself. These tactics, overall, allow him to attack with impunity. His uniform has three variations to it, depending on canonpoint:
Unfortunately, he otherwise isn't a highly combat capable individual besides his well above average physical reflexes and skills. Fitting, considering that it was his mind and skill as a hacker that ultimately earned him the notice of Satsuki Kiryuin. He can still eff things up, though.
That said, his strength is in analysis and information gathering. He is the head of information and strategy. Anything that can be known is either going to be something that he's already known about for a while or something that he will catch onto quickly.
He's also quite good at putting on a show. Or running away.
